Utilizing gentle yogic movements and techniques used in Physical Therapy modalities to gently build muscle tone, strength, increase joint flexibility, alleviate pain and inflammation, improve balance and cognitive abilities through this simple series.
 

Exercises may be performed seated in a chair or from a yoga pad and is designed to suit your particular needs and progresses at your own pace.
