I was a Licensed Elite Zumba Instructor for over 2 years and though I loved the concept, as a certified Fitness Expert, I saw where the routine fell short when it came to people with limited mobility, aging issues or chronic pain. 

Dancing is one of the greatest ways to feel free and regain your sense of self regardless of your health issue or skill level.
