Classes based upon Integral Hatha Yoga for it's scientifically proven therapeutic purposes to relieve the effects of chronic stress.
Dr. Dean Ornish has used Integral Hatha Yoga as an important component to his groundbreaking treatment for REVERSING Heart Disease without drugs or surgery.
Each class will include gentle stretching, breathing techniques to vastly improve overall health & increase a deeper sense of peace & tranquility.

Class for beginners, no experience necessary.

 

List of Student Supplies needed for class:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing
Do not eat for 2 hours before class
Bring the following items:
Yoga pad
Bolster or large pillow
Belt/Strap, Blocks, etc.
Drinking water



Anastasia maintains a profound understanding of breath, healing sound & flowing movement techniques & has been certified as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Teachers Alliance & the Integral Yoga Teachers Association in 2002.
