  This series will help expand lung capacity and strengthen the muscle groups used in singing and performing.

   better control and stamina.
     For singers this will help you
 better resonate sound, improve projection, pitch, tone and endurance.
     For musicians this will help you prevent injuries and make playing your instrument more relaxed and easeful.

• Learn Techniques to improve memory and attention span making it easier to recall lyrics, musical parts,
  combat stage fright and improve your stage presence.

 

Experience:
Certified Integral Yoga Instructor with over 13 years experience as a group fitness instructor and 5 years experience as a Holistic Lifestyle and Wellness Consultant for a wide range of age groups and fitness levels.
