This practice offers individualized routines to suit your fitness level, personal goals and can even be performed sitting in a chair.
These sessions are intended to give you a quiet, tranquil space to cultivate a deep sense of calm, alleviating stress, anxiety and improving clarity of mind for overall well being.
Hot Tea will be served and Child Care Services may be arranged during your session.
